Procrastination
Some procrastinators spend half their time thinking up excuses for why they did not finish in time. What they need to realise is: if they don't bother making excuses, they can have twice as much time to do other things (or maybe to get the job done).

We are taught much, but remember little. We are asked to do much, but achieve little. We are given much, but share little. Much has been revealed to us, but we believe little. We are warned about much, but rarely take heed. We are loved very much, but love very little.

Flexibility vs Inflexibility
Being flexible does not mean bending to breaking point. However, it does often require you to bend a little bit more than what you feel comfortable; and this is what develops greater flexibility. Being inflexible is only really good for things like swords and daggers.
